Requirements:

Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry;Hands-on experience working with KGZ;Experience in affiliate acquisition and development, including Direct Deals;Strong understanding of local traffic sources and affiliate markets within the target GEOs;Experience working with Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other local traffic sources;Proven experience with a wide range of traffic sources and a deep understanding of their specifics;Experience working directly with local partners (not solely through intermediaries or agencies);Fluent English;We consider both English-speaking international candidates and local specialists with relevant experience in the target GEOs.Key

Responsibilities:

Acquire and onboard new affiliate partners;Negotiate partnership terms, primarily based on the RevShare model;Monitor traffic quality and partner performance;Manage ongoing partner relationships, including promotions, offers, and day-to-day communication;Analyze campaign performance and optimize partnerships;Collect and share market and product feedback with internal teams.
