We’re hiring: Affiliate Manager (Africa) | iGaming
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join an international iGaming company and work with key African markets:
📍 Ethiopia | Zambia | Burkina Faso
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of Affiliate Marketing experience in iGaming / Sports Betting / Online Casino
• Hands-on experience with Ethiopia, Zambia and/or Burkina Faso
• Strong network of local affiliates, influencers, tipsters, publishers, and traffic partners
• Experience with SEO, Influence, Social Media, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, X
• Strong understanding of RevShare, CPA & Hybrid models
• Ability to analyze traffic quality, conversions, retention, ROI and player value
• English proficiency; French and local languages are a plus
What you’ll do:
• Find, onboard and develop affiliate partners
• Negotiate RevShare, CPA and Hybrid deals
• Build long-term relationships with local partners
• Analyze and optimize affiliate performance
• Identify new acquisition opportunities across target GEOs
• Monitor competitors and local market trends
