About the Role We are looking for a local Affiliate Manager to develop our presence in Egypt, Morocco, and Algeria. Seniority is flexible (Junior–Middle level). More important than years of experience is having an established network of RevShare affiliates and, ideally, mobile cash agents within our target markets, along with a strong understanding of the local affiliate landscape and physical presence in the region. Requirements Experience in Affiliate Marketing, iGaming, or Sports Betting with a focus on RevShare partnerships in the MENA region. An existing network of affiliate partners, primarily RevShare affiliates. Strong knowledge of the local markets in Egypt, Morocco, and Algeria. Physical presence in one of the target countries. Experience managing affiliate relationships and growing partner performance. Basic understanding of key performance metrics such as FTD, NGR, ROI, and retention. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Native proficiency in a relevant local language (Arabic and/or French). Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners. Negotiate partnership terms, with a primary focus on RevShare agreements. Monitor traffic quality and affiliate performance. Manage ongoing relationships with partners, including promotional materials, offers, and day-to-day communication. Analyze performance and optimize partnership results. Provide market insights and product feedback to internal teams. Nice to Have An existing network of mobile cash agents within the target markets.
