Requirements:

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming;
• Hands-on experience with the MENA and/or Asia GEOs;
• Experience in sourcing and developing partners, as well as working with Direct Deals;
• Understanding of local traffic sources and the affiliate market landscape;
• Experience working with Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other social traffic sources;
• Knowledge of Arabic will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and onboarding new partners;
• Negotiating partnership terms, primarily under RevShare models;
• Overseeing traffic quality and partner performance;
• Managing partner relationships, including promotions, offers, and day‑to‑day communication;
• Evaluating performance data and fine‑tuning cooperation strategies;
• Delivering actionable feedback on market trends and product improvements.
