About the Role

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with proven experience in the Philippines market to help grow our iGaming brand.

As part of an international iGaming holding, we operate online Casino and Sportsbook products across regulated and emerging markets.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates from any country, provided they have strong hands-on experience working with affiliates in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners in the Philippines.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates.
Negotiate partnership terms, with RevShare as the primary business model and CPA/Hybrid as secondary options.
Source new traffic partners, including:
SEO affiliates
Streamers
Bloggers
Influencers
PPC affiliates
Telegram communities
Other high-quality traffic sources
Monitor affiliate performance and traffic quality.
Analyze campaign results and optimize partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams on localization, promotions, bonuses, and payment solutions.
Achieve monthly KPIs by onboarding and activating approximately 5–10 new affiliate partners.

Requirements
6+ months of Affiliate Marketing experience within iGaming (Casino and/or Sports Betting experience is required).
Proven experience working with the Philippines market.
Existing network of affiliate partners in the Philippines is mandatory.
Experience working with RevShare partnerships (CPA and Hybrid experience is a plus).
Ability to source and acquire new partners from scratch.
Strong understanding of iGaming KPIs, including:
FTD
GGR
NGR
CPA
RevShare
Ability to identify quality traffic and filter fraudulent or incentivized traffic.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (sufficient for business negotiations).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive mindset and strong analytical thinking.

Existing relationships with local cash agents or BT agents in the Philippines.
Experience launching or scaling traffic in Tier-2/Tier-3 markets.
Portfolio of successful affiliate partnerships or proven case studies.
