We are an international iGaming company with over 3 years of experience in the industry, specializing in Sportsbook and Casino products.

Our Affiliate & Agents department currently consists of around 15 team members, and we are actively expanding our agent network across new GEOs.

We are currently looking for Agent Acquisition Specialists to help source and onboard Cash Agents / MobCash Agents in the following markets:

• Somalia (highest priority)
• Mongolia
• Nigeria
• Uzbekistan
• Egypt
• Zambia
• Azerbaijan

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Cash Agents and MobCash Agents
• Identify and engage with Telegram communities, payment agents, cash desks, and local agent networks
• Communicate with prospective agents and onboard them onto the platform
• Work with local payment flows and market-specific operational processes
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents
• Analyze local market conditions and identify growth opportunities
• Discover new traffic acquisition channels through the agent model
• Support both affiliate and agent-related initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience working specifically with agents, Cash Agents, or MobCash Agents
• Existing network or database of agents is required
• Experience working with Telegram communities, public channels, and local payment or agent ecosystems
• Strong understanding of agent workflows and commission structures
• Own computer and ability to work remotely
• Proficiency in Russian or English, as well as the local language of the target GEO
