Bank Transfer Agent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a manager who will be responsible for finding new payment agents and coordinating their onboarding to the project. Target regions: Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Search for agents and teams in target countries.

Negotiate commissions, limits, schedules, and cooperation terms.

Screen potential agents according to internal requirements.

Coordinate the onboarding process, from initial contact to payment testing and launch.

Monitor agent performance after launch and help resolve operational issues.

Maintain an agent database and track onboarding progress.

Requirements

Experience in payments, iGaming, or partner network development.

Understanding of bank transfers and local payment methods.

Strong skills in independent partner sourcing and negotiations.

Good organizational skills and ability to manage the onboarding process through to launch.

An existing network of payment agents will be an advantage.
