Who We Are Looking For:

‍A finance professional with experience in preparing management reports (management accounting). We are looking for a Russian-speaking specialist who understands the flexibility of management accounting, as opposed to strict statutory accounting.

Work Format:The Oval Office, Limassol, Cyprus – on-site office work.Working Hours:Flexible start time (strictly no later than 10:00 AM), 8.5-hour workday including a lunch break.Employment & Benefits:Official employment from day one; company-sponsored processing and payment of the work visa.‍

Responsibilities:

‍• Preparation of management reports (P&L, Cash Flow) and financial statements for internal and external stakeholders;• Expense monitoring and control over project budget compliance;• Preparation of monthly analytical reports and analysis of project financial performance;• Conducting plan-to-fact (budget vs. actual) analysis and identifying variances;• Understanding and analyzing business processes that directly or indirectly impact the project's financial results.

‍Requirements:

‍• Higher education in Finance/Economics;• Advanced Excel skills;• Proven experience in preparing management reports;• Experience in conducting plan-to-fact (budget vs. actual) analysis;• Ability to work with large volumes of data;• Deep understanding of management accounting fundamentals;• Strong communication skills, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset;• Genuine interest in professional growth within the fields of finance and management accounting.
