We're hiring a Head of Affiliate for the iGaming team — part of a large iGaming holding operating in betting and casino across Africa, LATAM, CIS, MENA and Asia. The 1xSlots team focuses on Asian GEOs.

Requirements:

— Senior-level Affiliate Manager experience in iGaming

— Solid understanding of the affiliate model and traffic work

— Hands-on experience with RevShare

— Experience with Influence / influencer traffic / SEO

— Understanding of the target GEO specifics

— Experience across all three target GEOs is a strong plus: India + Pakistan + Bangladesh, or MENA (Morocco / Egypt / Algeria), or Kyrgyzstan

— Priority traffic sources: Influence (bloggers, streamers, tipsters) first, then SEO, PPC to a lesser extent, plus local sources (chats, communities)

— Russian-speaking candidates are welcome if they have real experience with the target countries

Responsibilities:

— Work with affiliate traffic (bloggers, streamers, influencers, tipsters, SEO)

— Manage partners on a RevShare basis

— Work with the local market and understand specific GEO nuances

— Analyze partner performance through metrics and results

Nice to have:

— Strong track record with influencer partners

— Deep understanding of the Asian market

— Experience across all three target GEOs at once

Conditions:

— Range: up to $3,200

— Flexible start of the working day

— Working hours agreed at offer stage: candidate's local time or Cyprus time.
