We are an international iGaming holding company, and we are currently looking for an HR Business Partner for one of our brands.This role is for those who love building rather than maintaining. There are no systematic HR processes in place yet, so you will have complete autonomy: from launching onboarding and 360-degree assessments to building a true business partnership. You will have a real opportunity to directly influence corporate culture and brand performance.

‍Responsibilities:

‍Build HR processes almost from scratch;Develop and implement:onboarding;offboarding;one-to-one meetings;performance reviews;360-degree assessments;other HR processes;Work with PeopleForce;Oversee HR documentation and internal processes;Monitor HR financial records;Maintain personnel records;Collaborate with the recruitment team;Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers;Analyze team workload and hiring needs;Advise the business on HR-related matters;Build the HR function within the brand;Contribute to the development of corporate culture.

‍Requirements:

‍Experience in roles such as Senior HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist / Lead HR or similar;Proven experience independently launching and building HR processes;Experience implementing HR processes, not just supporting existing ones;Experience developing HR metrics;Strong understanding of performance management;Ability to build effective partnerships with the business;Willingness to confidently advocate for your professional opinion with well-reasoned arguments;High level of autonomy;English is required (international team, Cyprus).
