We are looking for a Product / Project Manager to join a growing iGaming brand operating within a larger holding structure.

The project has been on the market for around two years and focuses primarily on the online casino segment. The team consists of approximately 30 professionals working remotely across multiple countries, with Russian serving as the primary internal communication language.

The company structure includes the following departments:

• Affiliate
• Promo & Retention
• VIP
• Product
• Casino Management

Most of the platform infrastructure and technical solutions are provided by the holding company.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development and drive product initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Marketing, CRM, Payments, Support, and Design teams
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee the launch of new features and product improvements
• Manage timelines, priorities, and available resources
• Collaborate with the platform provider and external solution vendors
• Participate in the launch and expansion of new GEOs
• Analyze product performance and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure high-quality execution of product initiatives and business processes

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager
• Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry (Casino, Betting, or Sportsbook)
• Experience working with platforms such as 1xBet, SoftSwiss, GammaStack, EveryMatrix, or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of:
  
  • Payment systems
  • Bonus mechanics
  • KYC and Risk Management processes
  • CRM and Retention
  • Customer Support operations
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools
• English sufficient for working in an international environment

• Experience launching products in new GEOs
• Understanding of key product metrics, including Retention, LTV, Conversion Rate, and ARPU
• Experience working with payment providers
• Knowledge of fraud prevention and anti-fraud processes
