We are looking for a Promo / Bonus Manager to lead the product’s bonus strategy. This is one of the key roles within the team, with direct impact on player retention, engagement, gameplay frequency, and the brand’s financial performance.

The position requires a high level of ownership and close collaboration with the Head of Brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch bonus mechanics and promotional campaigns
• Create retention-focused promotions to increase player engagement
• Drive gameplay frequency and user activity
• Improve Lifetime Value (LTV) through effective promotional strategies
• Manage bonus campaign budgets
• Analyze the performance of promotions and bonus initiatives
• Monitor and optimize the ROI of bonus programs
• Propose improvements to the overall promo strategy based on data and business needs
• Take full ownership of the bonus direction and its results

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming as a Promo Manager, Bonus Manager, CRM Manager, or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing bonus mechanics
• Strong understanding of retention strategies and the customer lifecycle
• Ability to calculate ROI and evaluate promotional performance
• Experience managing bonus budgets
• Ability to make independent decisions and launch initiatives with minimal supervision
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to performance evaluation
