Affiliate Manager — MENA (iGaming)

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and interview results.

Priority GEOs: MENA region. We are open to candidates with strong expertise and proven results across relevant MENA markets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, attract, onboard, and manage affiliate partners within assigned MENA GEOs.
• Develop and maintain the existing affiliate partner database, ensuring strong communication and long-term cooperation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and conduct successful commercial negotiations.
• Set up, manage, and optimize affiliate partnership models, with a primary focus on RevShare.
• Monitor partner payouts and ensure the effectiveness of commercial terms.
• Analyze affiliate performance across key metrics, including deposits, conversions, offers, and KPIs.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities to improve traffic quality and results.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams.
• Participate in the launch and optimization of new offers and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager within the gaming/iGaming industry.
• Successful track record working with MENA GEOs.
• Hands-on experience with RevShare and other affiliate partnership models.
• Strong understanding of affiliate economics and partner payout structures.
• Ability to demonstrate previous performance through statistics and measurable results, including deposits, conversions, number of offers, and other key metrics.
• English at B1+ level.
• For local Affiliate Managers: native proficiency in the target GEO language combined with English or Russian is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, result-oriented, and performance-driven approach.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with our platform or similar iGaming brands.
• Established network of affiliate partners within MENA markets.
• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, or team management, particularly for senior-level candidates.
• Strong analytical expertise with proven success in increasing deposits and improving conversion rates.

Priority GEOs: Turkey (TR) and Azerbaijan (AZ).

Responsibilities:

• Identify, attract, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Define and target high-potential market segments across TR/AZ.
• Manage and grow the existing affiliate portfolio.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key affiliate partners.
• Analyze traffic performance and continuously optimize campaigns to improve results.
• Monitor key metrics, including FTD, NGR, ROI, and overall affiliate performance.
• Track campaign results and maintain detailed reporting on KPIs.
• Identify new opportunities to scale quality traffic and increase revenue.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience working with Turkey (TR) and/or Azerbaijan (AZ) GEOs.
• Own network of trusted affiliates capable of delivering quality traffic.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, acquisition channels, FTD, NGR, ROI, and affiliate economics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Turkish.
• English at B2+ level with confident spoken communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage performance against KPIs.
• Proactive, independent, and ownership-driven approach.

• Russian at B1+ level.
• Experience working with the betB2B platform.
